Pasta


Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Water (or for some fun add vegtable juice)
- 250g / 1 cup flour

Lightly wisk the egg and mix the water in until you have 1/2 cup / 125ml in total.

Slowly mix in the flour and knead, then roll out into strips.

Use pasta maker and slowly pull through the strips, you will likely need to do this a couple of times.

Leave as is for lasagne, make shapes or spagetti as you wish, or turn into ravioli or something else fun!
