Nut bickies
So depending on the nuts you use you can change the name. One of our favourites are Macabickies with some Milkadamia coffee!

Ingredients
- 250g ground nuts ([Nut milk](Nut%20milk%200a05221beed7482cb88300002cea6f09.md) remains work perfectly)
- 500g Breadlflour
- 300g Butter (@Marc Who try changing this for oil)
- 50g Sugar
- 100g Chocolate, chopped (Optional)
- 1tsp Vanilla essence
- 1tsp Nut essence (best to use same nut but it’s not vital)

Instructions

Add all dry ingredients together.

Using the flat beater on a medium speed add in chopped butter.

Add in flavourings including chocolate.

Divide into three logs and shape as you desire, I like simple square logs.

Refrigerate for minimum of 4 hours, or just freeze them until you want to use them.

Preheat the oven at 190°C / 375°F.

Using a sharp knife slice the log(s) and place on a baking tray on some parchment paper.

Bake for 10 - 20 mins until golden brown. I like to flip them half way through.
